Another reviewer mentioned that hers fell apart; I'm assuming that hers was defective, since mine has worked perfectly. It cuts cleanly and is super sharp. I've been using mine for a few months now, and it works really well for my purposes (cutting paper for projects). One improvement that could make this better is providing a good way to orient the product so you know the blade is pointing down. She should've contacted the manufacturer for a replacement (I always do this successfully with defective items, though I've never had any made by this company). I ended up putting a black dot (with a Sharpie) on the plastic holding the blade, so it's fine now, but a more elegant solution would be nicer.
I didn't find any faults in this product. Would recommend. Nothing fell apart, the item looks cute.
I've never used it because when I went to pull the cap off - the blade stayed within the cap and came apart inside. Waste of money - dont buy it. Part of the plastic used to hold the blade broke.
