I've just recently gotten into jewelry making for my wifes business. I can allready tell this will be an invaluble addition to my tools
Not sure how long I would want to use it before allowing it to cool off. The blazer looks similar to that torch but must be of a better construction. It is very easy to operate and lights quickly. I first bought a micro torch from harbor freight that stopped working after one use. I'm happy with the torch.
It does get warm when you use it. It does the job I bought it for of melting wire. I returned it for a refund. The blazer is still working after several projects.I would recommend it. I like the bonus can of fuel so you can use it right out of the box.
Might even try to use it in cooking. I love amazon shopping. I like it.
There aren't too many products that you can get nowadays that will last you for a lifetime and only cost you $40.00 but this is one of them. The only difference is that you get a $7.00 can of butane fuel for an extra $0.25. As a side note, yes, this is the same torch that, at the time of writing this, had 15 five star reviews and two four star reviews. This is THE BEST butane torch you could possibly buy. I simply cannot stress how much better it would be to invest in this torch rather than buying the pocket torches or even the cheaper hand-held torhces that, from my experience, either break within a few months or suffer from gradual degradation of torch performance until it is no longer usable for its original purpose. Look no further for the highest quality butane torch out there. Essentially, if you are going to need a butane torch for whatever reason, buy this one as you will most likely never need another torch again.
This is the greatest little device since sliced bread. A million uses around the house too.
