Really cool looking tool, will impress others when you pull it out and it works too.
I purchased this for my friend as a gift. With the entire blade having a standard, non-serrated edge, this one is much easier to sharpen, and, in my opinion, more useful. I have one as well that I purchased some time ago.The one that I purchased from amazon.com is much better than the one I have - this one does NOT have a part of the blade with serrations.
You can tell that it's made to last. This was a great Christmas present for my husband. He's giving it 5 stars. Would recommend this. It's lightweight and very durable.
Every tool on this multitool comes in very handy. Comfort. Second, the bits are a bit on the weak side. Overall a very good multitool.
I have used them for light screwing and unscrewing and the bits get worn down quite a bit. Conclusion:I use the tool primarily as a knife. Functional. Belt clip. The tool just looks beautiful. The look of the tool alone is a great selling point.
You get a nice firm grip with the pliers.3. First off the angle created by the extended tool makes it tough to get smooth rotations. The screwdriver I only use if I don't have a "real" one handy. Looks. Screwdriver.
Anytime I pull it out people say "Wow, what is that." They want to hold it and use it.2. I have been using my Skeletool for a year now and here is my review.Pros:1. Cutting blades are sharp, the serated blade is great for cutting rope and twine. The belt clip is a fantastic part of this tool. The pliers are a pretty decent tool. 2 issues here.
The stainless steel in conjunction with the tungsten scratch resistant coating and carbon fiber look fantastic. I clip it to my pants belk loop, tool belt or backpack without having to worry about digging it out of a pocket or having it in a carrier/holster of some kind.Cons:1. In fact they can get downright painful when applying a lot of pressure.2. The handles are not the most comfortable.
I purchased this product as a Christmas gift for my partner and he absolutely uses it every day at work. A great tool. This tool was a great replacement for his older and worn out Leatherman lock-blade knife, only it's better because it has more tools and functions but not so many that it becomes bulky or cumbersome.
