I have had this program for about 2 months and haven't incurred any problems. Also, word is far superior to the works program I had previously. I go to college and allot of the documents my instructors post online are in word format and I can now download and view doc. files form my mac.

Had I known this was just a download I never would have purchased from this site. This is a problem with the vendors selling it. I like having the physical disks as a back up. I have been using MS Office for many years and love it.

Got software for my new mac and couldn't be more satisfied with it. Have had no issues at all, it is different from older versions so there was slight a learning curve but I'm pleased.

Cheapest option was to buy Office 2008 bundle. My purchase of Office wasn't wasted. Word processing with Word 2008 is very cumbersome without the old tool bar at the top of the page for quickly choosing font size, etc. All I wanted really was MS Word on my Mac Pro laptop. My purchase from Amazon was great, as usual.

Luckily I have iWorks now and use that instead. But I have been using Office 2004. Buying just Word cost way more. I needed Power Point too. But as has been written many times before, the MS 2008 upgrade is completely idiotic.

Typical Microsoft; first thing I had to do was update the program.I will convert everything to Iword
