The cover offers great protection for the expensive and high performing impact IR 2135 series impact guns, but when trying to fit it on the impact it is difficult to get the front portion of the cover to fit so that the word Titanium reads in a horizontal plane. Another note: The boot covers the power setting marks on the back of the impact making them not visible which is an annoyance but you can easily tell what setting your at by the position of the power setting selector itself. The boot distorts and stretches in that area and it takes a lot of manipulation to get it straight. Once you get it there your set.
Also protects from scratches, which can't hurt.All controls are still fully accessible with it installed. A great quality rubber boot for your IR tool. Grippy, textured rubber construction.Ordered one for my 2135Qti and it fit just right. No cons that I can see, but if I had to list one, it would be that it does cover the four torque level markings on the back of the gun. Gives me added grip, and a little insurance should it get dropped the wrong way.
