First it arrived with the plastic pan broken, several parts missing, and no assembly instructions. It is a disappointing piece of junk and I plan to write it off as a mistake and buy another better quality unit. When I finally got it assembled after several visits to hardware stores for parts, I began cutting marble tile. It is just poor quality Chinese manufacturing. I am a building contractor and do a fair amount of tile work.
I've owned several tile saws in the past thirty years and this is the worst, though it looked like a heavy duty saw I owned for many years, a decade ago. There is a lot of assembly required.A Lot. I bought it directly from the supplier on their website listed on the on the photo on Amazon. You get what you pay for. I buy almost everything on Amazon and love their fast shipping.
The Supplier was very helpful in sending replacement parts and e-mailing me assembly instructions, that were not helpful. Lesson relearned. The cuts were so far off square and nothing I did with adjusting the tray or sliding table helped and there was nothing in the brief assemble instructions that helped at all.
