It was nice to see that these blades were available. Delivery was prompt and without any problems. I've been to local stores and could not find anyone that had them on the shelf.
This blade has only one application, as far as I know, since the only machine it's designed for is Makita's cordless reciprocating saw. That's true with most reciprocating saws, of course, and lax attention to that rule is what finally snapped off my 15 year old blade at both the tip and the base at once, prompting my order of this 5-pack, which will probably last longer than me.The portability of this cutting power is much used and appreciated at my house. But it works great, allowing you to take the saw anywhere the job may require, and quickly cut through just about any metal, as long as you can get the saw into position correctly, and keep the base of the blade tight to the material.
