Now you can get the world-famous Mighty Mouse without the tail. With its Bluetooth technology, the wireless Mighty Mouse gives you complete freedom of movement with no cable clutter. It features the popular Scroll Ball that lets you move anywhere inside a document, without lifting a finger. And its laser tracking technology allows it to work on more surfaces with greater precision.

User Comments about the Apple Mighty Mouse Wireless Kit

I mean, maybe i just need to have a solid colored mouse pad. Maybe I've got a funky mouse, I can't be sure. And speaking of scrolling, the scroll ball on the mouse scrolls not only up and down, but also left and right. So summary: It's a really great mouse as long as you don't mind replacing it ever so often, have a good battery stash, and don't mind not using a mousepad.

The scroll wheel will not last and no, you can not clean it. Eventually the wheel would only scroll down, but the up started working. I usually forget that it takes batteries until I get a warning on my screen, and even then I just run the batteries down until the mouse wont click anymore. When I put it on a mouse pad, the cursor would either slowly drift in one direction while I had my hands completely off the mouse, or the cursor would jump around as I moved the mouse.

It's just cool. When I play The Sims 3 the mouse scrolls around the world wonderfully with no lag. I got a new mouse pad which had grey and black diamonds on it (very close in color, and very small pattern) and I got the same thing. The first two mouse pads I tried had designs on them and I thought it might have something to do with the laser and one of the colors. Now the criticism:A lot of people have had this same problem. I love all the buttons and how it fits into my hand, and I think it's really awesome that it's really just one big button but depending on what part you press down on depends on if you're left/right/center clicking. rechargeable batteries are a GREAT investment). My iMac came with a wired Mighty Mouse.

Luckily, you do get a good run out of it. How cool is that. (If you play games on the computer you just HAVE to scroll, you can't avoid it). Once it's done it's done. I didn't have this problem on my wired mouse at all, I have no idea why it's happening on this one.

Eventually, I'll need a new mouse. Another problem that I've had is one I haven't really heard about. It's super awesome, I love that I can go anywhere with it. (If you own a lot of electronics that take AA's like the Mighty Mouse, Wii-motes, etc. First, the praise:Okay, I love this mouse. It's a very cool mouse that works well.

It's really frustrating. I am sure, however, that the paint on my desk is all worn off where my mouse is, and I get a constant buildup of gunk on the bottom of my mouse from whatever it scrapes up off my desk. Correct me if I'm wrong but, the mouse will not work on a mouse pad. The battery life lasts a pretty long time. There's no way to take the ball out and clean it. My boyfriend bought me a wireless one to replace it, it's about a year later, and I'm just now starting to feel the scroll stop up.

My wired mouse lasted a couple years.

This has always been a good mouse, but I know lots of people whose ball goes bad, gets gummed up or begins not responding properly. That being said, it is a very ergonomic mouse and it works well.

Well, it works for few hours, then I have to do it again. The right button is a way too unreliable - I was missing it all the time until I reassigned its functions to the center button. Now this problem is more or less solved, even though I miss the simplicity of the standard mouse.Cleaning the trackball is a nightmare. Very annoying. I really wish I could just remove it and take all that dirt out of there, but it is not possible, so what I do is turning the mouse upside down and spinning the ball around a clean sheep of paper - this is a trick I found on the internet.

I regret I did not return it immediately after i bought it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. This mouse rather than being a tool it has been a real pain, I spend more time trying to fix it than working with it. I have had this mouse for over one year and it does not work any more. Since first days of use the mouse wheel started to fail, I took it to service with the sleek apple people and they clean it, it seemed to work well. It is a shame that apple makes this very poor quality mouse. i got home and few minutes later it did not work again.

I love this mouse. adobe products, autocad). The programmable buttons are great, work like a charm. I love to use this mouse for with graphics software (i.e.
