As a bonus, this thing also has enough power to handle 75% of the jobs where I actually need an electric drill. This is not really an issue, whatsoever, due to the other features.2. Then you can finish the last turn with manual finesse. If you need more torque, turn it down to the slow speed. AND it will do lots of light duty drilling. I have access to name-brand li ion drivers at work, which have variable speed triggers but no slipper clutch. This is the real problem.
The nozzle at the gas station has a better trigger than this thing. Or you can drive a screw down at very high speed until the adjustable clutch slips. adjustable slipper clutch3. The B&D VPX drill is much faster AND less prone to stripping screws. It's now the same speed as a regular electric screwdriver. I've owned this drill for 3 years, and it rocks.This is light enough and has all the right features to make it the greatest electric screwdriver, ever.

Great small drill/ driver. Very handy around the house and does a variety of jobs.
This is a quality made battery powered tool unlike most of the others I have purchased over the years. I can't say enough good things about these vpx tools I personally love them. The only objectionable thing is the slow speed of operation when using it to drill wood.
We like all the B&D VPX products and have the full line. It is very unfortunate B&D has dropped the line. They are great for small projects around the house.
I love the VPX tools - The batteries last a long time and the tools do the job for light duty work.
