User Comments about the Makita AF505 2-Inch Brad Nailer

Instead, leaves a nail out and punch another hole next to that nail. Buy any other gun, but do not waste your money on this one. I did use it for about 3 months and I was completly dissappointed. If you work with a stain grade materials.get better gun. It jamed often and was unable to drive 2" nails into oak at pressure about 120psi.

made in China4. the nailer doesn't deserve a star. Amazon refuse to replace it. stop working after using it for less than a week3. 1.

5. jam at least twice for the period that i used it ( shooting less than 200 brats )2. Since it came with the makita compressor i can't return for refund. However i have to give it one so that amazon will publish my review So i returned it to amazon for replacement.

But the functionality is great. Nice nailer. It is quite an upgrade from my 1 1/2 in CH. Well balanced in your hand, and not too heavy. They even included safety glasses in a nice case.

Great nailer, I haven't had a single problem with it so far. Works great. The pic is of the old model. The one I received is in fact the newer model (same model number) with the makita teal-bluish color rubber inlays.
