Battery works short time - must be recharged very often.Drill is weak - rather as 14 V than 18.0 VFinally - after 4 month of using power supply stoped charge the battery.
I had an old 12V DeWalt and both batteries could no longer hold a charge. Plus, don't forget you get free shipping when it is shipped from Amazon.com. I received this as a birthday gift, and I must say that I am really pleased with it. Tip: Read the instructions and find out how long you should charge the battery before initial use. For an around-the-house handyman, I think that it is perfect. It is a good buy and a good product. I told my wife about it, and the lovely lady listened.
I have used it several times, and it has yet indicated that it needs to be charged again. I looked into a replacement battery, and it would cost as much as getting this Kawasaki 18V Drill. If done so, it will help extend the life of the drill's battery. It comes with a plastic tote case which holds the drill, battery, charger, and the drill bits.
The Kawasaki cordless drill is great. Previous cordless drills have to stay on charge before using it. I have used it several times since I received it several weeks ago and have not charged it yet.
