Just took a little practice to adjust to it. It was purchased to wash an RV including the roof. This product does everything it says it does. Made it easier. I'd recommend it. I did find it a little hard to handle when extended the full 14'.
I have since used it on my deck, walks, driveway and truck, all with great results.The only feature that I found a bit annoying was the head - it is supposed to lock in differnt positions. I recently painted my house - as everyone knows, the prep work is the brutal part of painting. Scrubbing the house was an especially difficult part with lots of hard to reach places. It did, at first, then refused to lock into position and became free tilting - This tool was a blessing and performed extremely well, saving me hours of work.
This is the first and last Black & Decker product i will by. I was so frustrated with it. I purchased the Black & Decker NPS1018 18-Volt Cordless Electric Power Scrubber a few months ago after i got it i charged it up and then i washed my truck only to get frustrated that the head would not stay locked. I tried to see if something was missing but its the way it was poorly designed. For anyone looking to buy this i would not waste your money. Seems that black & Decker knew it but did nothing to fix the problem before dropping this off to the consumer.
This product does not have the power to handle really baked on dirt. Ready to go. Good for normal cleaning assignments on cars and windows and such but the power and brushes are not suited for cleaning off built up dirt on driveways, decks and walls.Avila Ace Hardware was slick on delivery. Well before schedule and packed in its original box.
could also use a a hose attachment. product is very cumbersom. could use a liquid soap dispenser. Television advertisement makes it look a lot easier to use than it is. it is very difficult when you have to keep dunking it in a bucket of soap and water.
