So far, I'm pleased with my purchase. Word of advice - buy a good tire pressure gauge to go along with it - auto parts stores carry them for around $12 Product performs well with no apparent flaws.
NOT ONLY IS IT PLIABLE BUT ADDS 25 FT. EXCELLENT PRODUCT. GREAT FOR HOME OWNER. (50 FT). REASONABLE SIZE AND WEIGHT.I RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY THE GOODYEAR RUBBER HOSE.
after reading the reviews of the different compressors, this looked like the best one for my needs; and it is. the customer service person had to ask someone else. in fact i called the factory after i couldn't figure out how some of the fittings go together. i am a novice at compressors. BUT the instruction manual is written for an experienced user. except for the instruction manual though, this is a great unit, & i'll get a lifetime of use out of it. it is not explanatory at all.
Purchased the Porter-Cable C2002 to use with my Senco nailers. Only time and use will tell if it's built to last. Though I only set it up to test it, it worked well with enough power to set 1 1/2" nails with no problems. The price was great and the free shipping on such a heavy item was a bonus.
I use it for inflating toys, keeping up pressure on my car tires and some air tools. I purchased this compresssor to replace a large Sears unit that I had for 20 years. It works well and does everything I need it to do. I wouldn't recommend it for anything that requires a lot of CFM such as board sanders or spray painters. The only down side is that it is very loud and takes quite a while to get up to shut off pressure.
