The 3M 9211 Particulate Respirator is a breakthrough in comfort and convenience. This three-panel respirator with innovative design is ideally suited for work settings that involve heat, humidity, or long periods of wear. Suggested applications include grinding, sanding, sweeping, bagging, and other operations that create dust. Uses would also include solids such as those from textile operations, dry chemical handling, surface preparation, food preparation and handling, woodworking, grain handling and milling, processing of minerals, and certain other substances. It features a low profile collapse resistant design, 3M Cool Flow Exhalation Valve, and a soft nose foam pad. Respirators are individually packaged to help prevent contamination during storage.

These masks are the most comfortable to use. I recommend them. Whether it is doing sanding or looking for protection from a flu pandemic, these will allow you to breathe more comfortably and protect you.
Awesome, portable, functional. Kept the playa dust out of my lungs at Burning Man 2009.
These are very effective, I've used them in dusty disgusting situations and they filter the air very well, and form a pretty descent seal on my face. for urban exploring in old buildings, etc)., it will easily fit in your pocket. No mask will be very comfortable, but these are fairly comfortable and the exhale valve helps. I like how compactly they fold, so if you need to carry one with you(i.e.
Mask does its job - remember that this mask is designed to protect the wearer and needs to fit properly - and can be hard to breath through for an extended period of time (surgical masks are designed to protect the patient, not the wearer)
I ordered a 10 pack and ended up with just 1 mask sent. Disappointed to say the least.
