It does as advertised (so refreshing in this day and age). I couldn't comment (with stars) on the d60 because I use the d5000. I'll probably buy another one to squirrel away just in case.
But this last time I did not use the camera for 3months, came back and battery is dead. Then my neighbor's house burned down, theresult of a new night light. The hard drive malfunctionedand the repair man said even new ones don't work, now that theyare not made in USA. While I am at it: when my barn burned down thefire department told me a lot of fires have been starting withChinese lamps. My Nikon Lithium Ion EN-EL9 7.4V came with camera andlasted only two years.
No complaintsthere. Perhaps the chargeris to blame, can't say. I had a new brooder lamp I hung the night before the fire. She is a politician and was movedto Washington D.C. It held a charge well.
But I had a similar thing with a non-USAhard drive for my 3 year old Mac laptop. before I got to ask her if the night lightwas Chinese. My freezer had a fan failure, but Frigidairesent me a new fan even though the system was out of warrenty. The fan LOOKED the same, but the dye casting was poor on thescrew threads.there was no way to attach it with same screws. So quality control on this battery and other Made in China itemsis questionable.
Great battery.charges quickly and lasts for an extremely long time even when used for lengthy playback and editing. Also works for the D60 which is the camera I own.
Ok I couldn't find a way to contact you so.I think giving a shipping range of July 6 to July 21 is lame. If not I'll cancel my order.ThanksMary It was be nice if you could get it to me before July 7 cuz thats when I need it.
What can I say its a battery whose main job is to store power to run my device. Thank you I charged it up and it held the charge so it seems to work great.
