Editorial Reviews:

Harness the power and efficiency of pneumatic nailing with the DeWalt DC628K heavy-duty 15-gauge 34-degree angled finish nailer. Designed to work with ANY DeWalt 18-volt battery, this nailer provides fast, consistent nail penetration in both soft and hard materials. You can select sequential operating mode to ensure precision placement of each nail or a bump operating mode that allows you to harness top speed. A unique engine design allows this tool to work as fast as you do, firing up to four or five nails a second for increased productivity. And at just 8.8 pounds, this tool is lightweight for easy maneuvering and reduced operator fatigue. Whatever you're working on, you'll appreciate the little details that separate this intuitively designed tool from similar nailers. Integrated LED lights make it easy to ensure accuracy. An easy-to-operate contract trip lock-off disables the trigger when the tool is not in use for improved safety. The nosepiece is easy to access and clear tool-free if a nail jam occurs. And a six-position dial makes it simple to move between several applications without stopping to re-acquire exact depth settings, saving you time. Additionally, the 34-degree angled, rear-load magazine is easy to handle for quick refills, and it will accept up to 110 DeWalt 34-degree nails. Included in this kit is a one-hour charger, an 18-volt XRP battery, a reversible belt hook that accommodates right- and left-handed workers, a no-mar tip, safety glasses, and a kit box for easy storage.

User Comments about the DEWALT DC628K Heavy-Duty XRP 1-1/4-Inch - 2-1/2-Inch 15-Gauge 34 degre

It's nice to be able to ditch the compressor and hose. I'm able to get my work done alot faster, I love my New Tool would definitely recommend this nail gun.

this is the best cordless nail gun i ever had bar none dont waste time and money on any thing else.milton bentley inc. im a 30 year tradesman

works exactly as advertised. doesn't fall short of expectations. easy to load, everything does what it's supposed to do.

(It isn't that bad) I have since purchased a DeWalt hammer drill that uses the same XRP battery pack and will be adding more tools from the DeWalt XRP line. All of the reviews were right. Purchased this nail gun to do trim work in our new house based on the reviews here. This is a very nice tool, easy to use even for a novice like myself. Very pleased. It is on the heavy side, you can skip your curls at the gym after using it.

LOOKED AT SENCO AND HATACHI. HE HAS ORDERD ONE FOR HIMSELF. I HAVE RUN 1500+ NAILS THROUGH THIS GUN WITH ZERO PROBLEMS AND LOANED IT TO A FINISH GUY FOR ABOUT THE SAME NUMBER. I WANTED A 15G FINISH NAILER. DECIDED TO TRY A BATTERY MODEL AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THIS MODEL. NICE TO NOT HAVE TO DRAG OUT THE COMPRESSOR AND HOSE WHEN DOING FINISH WORK. I AM NOT A CONTRACTOR BUT BUY "GOOD" TOOLS, THE HIGHEST QUALITY I CAN AFFORD.
