The item works as advertised, but I don't understand why Skil does not include this when the router is purchased. Thanks Amazon If you go on the Skil site it tells you that one is needed if you want to use templates, but it does not tell you how to get one. Anyway, thanks to Amazon, it was easy to find and delivered quickly.

Bought one of these for my Skil 1825 router and it does fit standard 1-3/16" Guide Bushings.The piece itself is a little flimsy, but it fits the Skil router and was able to make dovetails using standar Guide Bushings.
