I bought a similar product several years ago made by a different manufacturer, and it fell apart during the first use. Each time I have used it, I have had no complaints. Handy piece of equipment to easily carry around for outdoor projects. So easy to use, I went a bit overboard on some of my plants before I realized it during fall clean up time. Not at all the case with this one. Would recommend this item without hesitation.

This is very handy to have in the garden since it fits in your pocket and you can carry pruning shears without the danger of stabbing yourself, but the shears themselves are passable at best. It gets a 5 stars for concept, but only 3 in execution. I like being able to open a bag of soil, loosen some roots of a plant I am transplanting or do a quick trim without carrying lots of tools with me, but if you are doing heavy duty pruning or weeding, you are going to want to use a different tool.

performed great as described. however, with garden gloves on, its hard to access the handle tools. have been using the puner on roses with up to 3/4" dia branches. delivered on time. love the handle tools so far, but haven't used the saw. outstanding value for the price thru amazon.com. the fold-up feature is great for compactness; carrying case is heavy duty and appears durable.

Still, quite good & useful. Wife wanted this, and I also thought it might be quite handy. Hadn';t seem anything like it, so went with the "excellent" name of Leatherman and found that its quite the tool. Just a little more effort on their part & we could rate it Excellent. Good tohave around BUT, I don't think it hold to the standards of the regular line of multitools.
