Compared to most low carb bars that taste like chalk; this ones reasonably decent. Highly recommend. Almost reminsicent of a raisiny chocolate chip bar in flavor. Its also great for taming hunger.
Probably the best deal for price and taste verus carb and calories. Some of these, especially ones with carmel are actually good. I've tried them all. Most are okay.
I have been buying these protein bars for years now. The taste is great and it helps keep the hunger pains away.
