It will shoot a 9/16" staple through a 3/8" piece of pine then into plywood and sink it flush, so the power is there (at 90psi). The fit and finish isn't all that great, but for twenty six bucks what does one expect. I can buy those in any hardware store, in many sizes. So far, it has. I will confess before writing any more that I have not put this stapler through a lot of use.
Extremely convenient. In fact an item like this is rarely used by me, but when I do use it I want it to work. Loading is easy, the little window showing how many staples are left is a convenient feature. Made in China/Taiwan. The best part about this little thing is that it will shoot Arrow T-50 staples, and that is the reason I bought it.
I used this staple gun for reupholstering a couple of antique chairs. It was easy to understand the intructions and easy to use the gun.
I performed a test on this stapler where I mixed 1/4" and 3/8" staples in the magazine at the same time and the stapler worked without any problems.I like the feature of the stapler where you can see the number of staples you have remaining. I purchased this Surebonder 9600 stapler to secure canvas to frames for a painting class I am taking. I used the stapler to build 4 frames and the stapler works very well. I especially like the fact that this stapler takes the standard T50 staples, which are available at almost any store.I highly recommed this stapler to you and I have already recommended it to my friends and coworkers. The price on this stapler just cannot be beat.I did have a couple of instances where the stapler did not shoot a staple when fired, but I did not have any instances where the stapler jammed.
This stapler is mdestly priced. It did not misfire once and I would recommend it to anyone. I have used it on two projects and it has done great.
For the price you couldn't ask for a better deal. Amazing device that uses common staples available anywhere. Have used it to staple plastic rafter vents to roof sheeting and it worked very well at 40 PSI. Highly recommended. More than that and it would probably bury the staple.
