I got this book from my mother inlaw on my son 1 year old birthday. Just a funny gift that is also a lot of help It was funny and I like the help with sleeping and potty training. Good For dads also.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Kuhn. Thank you Dr. This is THE manual for all new parents. Dr. PLEASE write a manual also on TEENAGERS.Cape Town, South Africa Kuhn has created a manual that is AS IMPORTANT to me as my bible next to my bed.

As a principle of a school serving toddlers, this is THE manual that I recommend all parents to read. The author has done a SUPERB job of addressing ALL the challenges that we as parents face and come up with BRILLIANT techniques to address them. Now Brett Kuhn.PLEASE come up with a 'teenagers manual' and a 'Husband manual'. It is concise, to the point, and the techniques are AMAZING.

Great, standard and (most important of all) USEFUL information presented in a comical but simple manner. I purchased this book a long time ago and read through it. There's no stories about someone else's brat and what they did with them to keep them happy and in-line. Great gift for dads who just can't make it through the 500 pages of the other books which are 490 pages of stories about the author's child and 10 pages of actual things you can use. These books aren't not just a wonderful compendium of good, standard information you should know, but they are wonderfully entertaining at the same time. there's not cutsie stories about who their toddlers puked on after eating too much cake. What DOES it have.

My wife has been struggling with our little 19-month-old girl, and I picked up this book to help her. It quickly gets to the point and offers succinct, relevant, and accurate advice for raising a toddler. Throw out the big, fat manuals. This may be the only book for raising a toddler that you'll ever need. This book is great. She says that it has been a godsend. This is what you need. The only unfortunate part is that we didn't come across this little gem sooner.
