Editorial Reviews:

An industry leader for over 50 years, the Freud name equals quality, precision and craftsmanship. Freud router bits feature Freud made TiCo Hi-Density Carbide for maximum cutting life. Each bit is individually balanced, giving a cut above the rest. This reversible wainscoting bit works with stock from 1/2" to 5/8" thick. Bit height is set one time for male and female joints without further height adjustments, simply rout stiles face down and rails face up for a perfect fit.

User Comments about the Freud 99-470 Reversible Wainscoting Bit 1/2-Inch shank Features Freuds TiCo? Hi-Density Carbide with Titanium

I used it with a Porter Cable 1/2" router in a table, and it took just a little fiddling with the height in order to get the interlocking parts to line up, and once that was done it was a breeze to use. This is a superb router bit. I used it for processing a huge amount of MDF for making wainscott paneling in my family room and up one side of my stairway. I was almost sorry when I finished. Typical of anything I've ever used by Freud, the bit is tough, well made, sharp, and easy to use.
