The Kreg screws have such a high hardness that with just a few slips the driver's tip will show wear. The 5-6" length is the most useful to me- Amazon should sell only the 6" length drivers in pkg quantities. I've tried square drivers in several different brands and didn't find the Kreg special- it seems about the same as Irwin. The Senco EA0123 5" lg square drivers that I recently picked up on sale at HD seem to hold up better than both the Kreg and Irwin.
I ordered these as spares but I haven't needed them yet, the ones that came with the Kreg kit are still holding up really well. Thier bits may cost a little more than others but I'm finding it worth the premium price. I've driven a lot of screws and I'm finding out that just about everything Kreg makes is well designed and they use top flight materials in construction.
If you own a Kreig drill fixture these drivers are a must for reaching hard to get to places and deep work.
Drivers worked perfect not only for the pocket holes but also for getting into those hard to reach places. Great price and fast delivery.
The Kreg jig comes with a driver so you don't relly need this unless you want an extra.
