Found a vertical quick clamp for my Milwaukee sliding compound miter saw that works great and even has the same colors as the saw itself. It works great.Joe Milwaukee does not make a clamp for its saw model 6955-20 12" saw. Bosch however makes the MS1226 vertical quick clamp that does.

My old ones I tried (on other saws) and got so frustrated, I never used them. Experienced woodworker. The best clamp I've ever used on any miter saw I've put my hands on (many). Great Saw and great clamp. The easiest to use, solid clamping.They are not used frequently, but because it is so quick to set-up, I use it.

This clamp holds fine but without the set screw it takes a little getting used to. This clamp does exactly what it says. It does provide an excellent hold and it is quick to readjust. Over all it is an effective clamp. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I think it would be a little easier to use if it had a set screw on the vertical post.
