Therefore, I either need a 5/8" to 1/2" adapter or a 5/8" quick connect fitting, neither of which are supplied in this kit. However, there are no brass parts, as the figure suggests, and the pressure gauge is so flimsy you might as well toss it after opening the box. This kit has many useful parts. More importantly, there is ONLY 1 quick connect fitting with 1/2" threads (I would have liked several) and THERE ARE NO 5/8" to 1/2" adapters. Now I need to head to the store to buy these items to make my fitting accessories complete. Many long pressure hoses come in 3/8" diameter with 5/8" fittings.
Kit was delivered on time and had all the equipment needed for the compressor that was purchased.

bucks for 25 pieces made in China. Yes, the picture shows brass and no, there are no brass pieces. bucks you should set your expectations at the [.]. As you know, it is difficult to find anything anymore that is not made in China and therefore you cannot expect high quality. This kit costs [.]. If you are an experienced and frequent user of compressor tools than look elsewhere.
dollars to be a major expenditure than stay away from this product. But, if you are a novice and a casual user, such as I am, then this is worth the price.
contains a bunch of basic things you will find useful to have. Check what's already included with your compressor first.
The tools work great on my air pressure tank. We managed and now it all makes sense. The only thing that was a neg, so lack of directions for the tools. There are general directions, but I wish they were more detail, re: what they are for and how to put it together.
