User Comments about the Makita DC1804 7.2-Volt to 18-Volt Pod Style and Stick Style 3-Hour Battery Charger

After bounce testing the charger that came in the kit, i needed a charger fast. I use my drill and flashlight quite often at work so i need a good charger and this is it. Went to the "big boxes" and they wanted $80.00 for the same charger so i came home and searched the internet and found this. Even with FREE shipping it was at my front door in no time.

If you have the OLD style Makita cordless 12v drill just laying there dead.buy this charger and you'll be back in business.I received this charger in less than the estimated time and within a couple of hours my drill was working again. Just Order.you'be happy you did. I shopped all over the internet and this was the best price delivered. If you are in the market for a universal Makita Battery Charger and are reading this review.STOP.

THE CHARGER WORKS VERY GOOD I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CHARGERTHE ONE THING I DON'T LIKE IS YOU HAVE TO UNPLUG WHEN NOT CHARGING

We were annoyed to find out that our new Makita NiMH battery didn't fit in our "old" charger. Does a fine quick charge as well. This one fits all Makita stick and works great.

We go through these chargers frequently. Usually batteries go out before the charger but this one is reversed. I do not know if we are doing something or if they are not built correctly. They need more fusing to protect the unit.
