I just received the pad today and it is not what is pictured or described. But if you need the 5" 8 hole disc with 3 screw holes, you're out of luck. I will try contacting the company, but for $10 it's hardly worth the effort. If what you need is a solid rubber pad with a raised cone-like center, then this is for you.

I bought this as a replacement for a pad that tore on my random orbital sander. This was the best price I could find on this pad, and the delivery was much quicker than advertised. It is a perfect replacement for the original Makita pad.
