Will all respect to the previous reviewer, he received the wrong item and should have returned it. Works perfectly and a great deal. Still Amazon;s fault, but not the products defect. I was shipped exactly what the description says - 8 holes.

They seem to experience a normal amount of wear, and remove stock as you would expect from 60 grit paper. They are actually five-hole, not eight-hole. Amazon has these sanding discs mislabeled. I tried returning the first set of five-hole discs I received, and Amazon sent me the same thing. The hook and loop backing still sticks even when covered in sawdust. But, other than the misaligned holes, sanding with these discs works well.
