A great tool but the price of the blades is too high. I checked Home Depot and found that they stocked a similar tool made by Bosh I only hope that the Fein company reads all of the comments about price. Since there are other manufacturers of this type of tool I think that they are going to lose a share of the market.



I currently use the E blade on many unusual tasks during a Victorian restoration. Multi tool usage although handy is expensive when replacing blades so often. I'm thankful for the use but at the price of the replacement blades it should be told that these do not wear well. Oak studs, large spike nails or the old antique square nail will wear down the blade fast.



These are great for cutting into 2x4 studs, since they can cut both metal and wood. They get those hidden nails and make removing small or rotten sections of wood easy. With all of the remodeling that I am doing, I can't live without these blades.



It says it can cut metals. But after one cutting one thin piece of metal, you are done with this blade.
