I purchased it for waxing my porcelain kitchen counters but end result was no better than what I can do by hand. Cordless is the only way to go. I'd just hoped for more. However it's very light-weight, which is good and can be maneuvered with a single finger.
We've only used it a few times but love the cordless feature and it did a good job of waxing the car.
There is a cigarette lighter adapter also. My waxer came with 2 batteries, one of which was defective. I wish I'd bought it from Amazon. I did purchase extra bonnets from Amazon because the two supplied are not enough. At least then I could return it to get a working battery.
The 3-year warranty is a joke and a lie. They said that they don't carry replacement batteries because it's not worth it to do so. So, the product works fine while it works, but don't expect any customer service. This waxer works fine and it's great to do the work cordless. The place I purchased it from no longer carries it. Since the retailer no longer carries it, I can only return it for a refund and can't replace the defective battery. I'm glad I found out now. I bought it just a month ago.
I did not purchase it from Amazon, although that was possibly a mistake. When I called Waxmaster customer service, they refused to honor the warranty (supposedly 3 years). I'll now look for one that costs more and comes with a real warranty. They recommended I return it for a refund if the retailer will take it back.
