The cats can get into the garage where we relocated their litter box. Very nice door especially for the price. We were concerned about our chubby girl getting through but she has no trouble at all. The flap works great. They don't like it, probably because it closes pretty fast and their tails have been pinched. I shopped around locally at the pet stores before ordering and it is a very good deal. They have no choice but to accept it though.
Installs in about 20 mins all you need is a felt tip pen to draw shape, zigsaw, screw driver, cats have no problem useing it. Now we don't have to worry about the dogs going down to the basement and we can lock it when we don't want the cats upstairs.
this cat door works but the stick-on back half doesn't stay stuck well. If it had screws to hold it together it would be much better.
Great product at a great price. We used these to create doors on some feral cat shelters we built for a couple strays that we feed and they work perfectly.
The door and frame works well.My cat has broken 2 of the swinging plastic doors.-------
