User Comments about the Gear Wrench 9700 7-Piece 3/8-Inch to 3/4-Inch Flex Ratcheting Box End and Open End Combination Wrench Set

Outstanding value. I bought a single 10mm GearWrench to assist in the replacement of my VW Cabriolet convertible top. This tool was the only way to reach the tensioning cable nuts without loss of blood. Excellent performance. I was so impressed with the design and performance that I bought a full set.

I USE THESE WRENCHES EVERY DAY AND A LITTLE SPRAY OF WD-40 AT THE GEAR PART OF THE WRENCH AND THEN KEEPS THEM WORKING GREAT THANK--YOU

These flexible ratcheting wrenches allow access to bolts and nuts where a socket can not.

I believe that Gear Wrench were the first to offer the ratchet wrench design for sale on a consumer level and now most major tool companies offer a variation. The gear wrench is something I use on a daily basis in truck and bus repair. IMHO this is the most important new hand tool design in the last 50 years. I find that after years of using the design I prefer a locking flex head for most applications but use all variations of the design as well.
