The wave is a favorite of my mine because of the amount of useful tools on it. This multitool is a great companion to a good fixed blade for carry in the outdoors or on the trail. SOG makes a decent multitool but if I had to choose it would be the Leatherman every time. Whay can I say, I own many different models of the Leatherman multitool and they are all good. The 25 year warranty on all leatherman products let's you know the company stands behind thier product. If you are in the market for the best multitool out there than look no further than a Leatherman, it's a no brainer. There are many manufacturers of multitools out there but none can match the quality and craftsmanship of the Leatherman.
I bought the weatherman wave for my wife for Christmas. It comes in handy all of the time. She has really enjoyed it.

Awesome product. I have had mine for well over 10 years with heavy use, it seems almost unbreakable. This one was a gift for my wife.
ALSO Amazon has a better price by 50% even compared to the sales I found at Cabelas and Walmart. It was such a great deal, I almost couldn't believe it. I was so thrilled to find this leatherman on Amazon. I bought it for my husband to replace his old leatherman which he sadly lost after 8 years by his side. Great deal for a great product. The new wave model is great, he was really excited about the one handed ability and I have no doubt this one will last as long as his old one.
