We could no longer purchase the original battery type but these do just fine so you can believe B & D on compatibility.
Thank the Lord I had the idea of replacing the batteries. We were getting ready to toss the old dustbuster. It ran out of juice in about 2 minutes. We did so and it is not as good as new it is better than new. The new ones all use different batteries and would require setting up a new charging and storing station.
I use these in a B&D cordless vac that I have had for years. Hard to find in a brick and mortar store, but as usual Amazon had them. They last a long time and hold the charge very well.
Balck and decker Batteries. I purchased these for my cordless floor buster, and when I installed them to my suprise the little vacuum never worked better, and suprislingly the wife even said so.
These Versapak 3.6 volt batteries bring tools to life.I have two Black and Decker Handivacs, each holding two batteries. Now I'm going to buy two more batteries for the other Handivac. Over the years they have faded and the Handivacs just dragged along.I installed two new batteries this morning and the handivac seemed to jump for joy. (Grin).
