Light,cuts great, and uses the same battery and charging system two other Makita tools I have.
My old 9.6 makita emergency saw is jealous. Finally. This new unit, with 18 volts and a killer thin blade, performs exactly like my full-sized 7 1/4 makita circular saw, but with no cord. Amazing.
