Includes Everything You Need--Just Add Paint
The Fuji Q4 PRO Spray System has everything you need--just add paint to get started. The system includes a turbine, spray gun with cup, 25-foot hose with quick-connect, air control valve, user manual, viscosity cup, wrench, and cleaning brush.

Powerful but Quiet 4-Stage Turbine
This spray system is equipped with the Fuji Q4 PRO QUIET turbine, which features the powerful Ametek-Lamb Electric 4-stage turbine motor type #119292. This innovative technology provides extra pressure, which results in less thinning of paint, making it easier to execute heavy-duty paint jobs more efficiently and effectively. Fuji has been able to reduce the noise level of the Q4 PRO QUIET turbine by over 50 percent, eliminating the need for ear protection and reducing worry about hearing loss.

Non-Bleed Spray Gun with High-Efficiency Aircap for Better Performance
The included Fuji XT-2 Spray gun is non-bleed, which means that air passes through the spray gun only when the trigger is pulled, so there is less paint build-up on the fluid nozzle tip, less blowing of shop dust, and less turbulence in the spray area.

The Aircap features a design that provides a cleaner spray pattern. The result is less overspray and mist in the air. You can purchase additional Aircaps, and different Aircaps are color-coded, so it is easy to select the one you need.

Save Time with the Conveniently Located Air Control Valve
While other spray systems include controls on the turbine, Fuji has installed the air control valve right at your fingertips, so you can quickly and easily reduce overspray and bounceback.

Hose Stays Flexible for Many Years
The included Fuji Hi-Flex hose is designed to stay flexible regardless of temperature for many years. If you've used the typical solid plastic hoses that come with most HVLP turbine systems, you'll really appreciate the maneuverability and ease-of-use of the Hi-Flex hose design.

The Fuji Q4 PRO HVLP Turbine Spray System is backed by a two-year parts and labor warranty.

User Comments about the Fuji 3004 Q4 PRO Quiet 4-Stage HVLP Spray System

It sounds like a canister vacuum while running. In fact it gets so warm and soft that it will bend very easily at the connection to the sprayer unit. GoodI love this thing. The strain relief used on the hose is too soft and will bend with the hose. I have yet to use it for thicker finishes. If used outside in cool weather, the power cord stiffens up.2) If used in cool weather, the sprayer hose is initially very stiff but loosens up as the unit warms it with use. There should be some sort of twist lock type of plug so this wouldn't ever happen.

Though I've only used it for stain, it works really nicely. Not very loud at all.I would have given this 5 stars if it were not for these minor but annoying issues.Bad1) If used as a portable machine, the plug pops out of the blower unit easily while moving it. I can see this as being a problem down the line and it should be addressed. The model I have uses computer power cord and that's just asking for trouble in my opinion.

I purchased the Fuji a few years ago and have used it for cabinets, furniture and any other product I build. Fuji support is as good as it gets over the phone. I have used it to spray shellac, latex, waterborne finishes, lacquer and stain and found it more than adequate for all.

The finish quality was poor with the standard tip that came with the gun. It now sits in the corner of my shop as an expensive lesson - don't buy a tool unless you know someone who personally recommends it. I have played with the controls and various amounts of thinner and have finally given up. I bought this item about two years ago hoping it would spray lacquers. I called the company and they called me back telling me I should thin the lacquer by 25%. I gave it two stars because the company called me back. I have used other spray guns (all with a compressor)and never had to thin the product I am using (at least not by as much as 25%).

As I researched the system I found consistently good reviews all over the internet. I was initially suspect of likely quality and performance because of the comparatively modest price of the system. I received it the next day. I called Fuji, and they shipped the part that day overnight mail. I recently purchased the Fuji 4 stage HVLP spray system after shopping many different systems. I purchased the system about a month ago and have been very pleased. I am a satisfied customer I have sprayed dye stains/shellac and water based poly finishes so far with top results.A note about service; in my initial order, a component piece, a valve, was missing from the order.

I've had the Q4 since 2003 and have been very happy with it. It even does a great job spraying latex with the #5 needle set.I agree with all of the comments here, and want to pay a special complement to Fuji's wonderful technical support and responsive customer service.
