The remote would not work over 6-10 feet.Customer service mailed me a replacement that day.All is fine.
However, one worked and the other did not. Now everything works great. I see cheaper products out there but this seemed to be a little higher quality, so for a few bucks I went with the Skylink.
I ordered 2 and they arrived promptly as Amazon always gets it right. I went online and filled out the claim and printed the label for return. Amazon even paid the return shipping. As soon as you finish the return paperwork they ship you a replacement , so it was back in 2 days.
This handles the electric fireplace that I had while another could not stand the heat and melted. This does the job great.
Bought this to turn on outside lights. Then would only work occasionally.I use it indoors now and does what it's supposed to.Disapointed that it wouldn't work in the cold (says it works great for Xmas lights) but for the price what can you expect. Worked well till the weather became colder.
will not turn off with remote. Don't buy this. Mine was defective from the start. I am returning it for refund and going with another. just stuck on.
