I have hung two mountain bikes and one road bike. This is an excellent product and easy to install. I have purchased three of the bike lifts and found them all to be high quality including the ropes. All three work perfectly. Not sure what the fuss is about the ropes.

The bike storage lift is an excellent device to use to conserve space and use an area that usuallyl goes to waste. A great idea.

1st time using one of these hangers. Happy with the product. I liked the "easier" to install part of this one vs the others. It went up nicely (bought 2) - 2 bikes side by side.

Great product. It does exactly what it says, it stores your bike(s) up and out of the way.

The brake system seems to be a defective design, cutting the rope twice. The company replaced the rope quickly the first time (great service), but I am afraid to use the lift now because a bike could fall on someone's head.
