For the price I could not turn them down. Soon I will be using them on a wood project and I think I will be happy with the results. I just got a new hook and loop sand disc that I needed to purchase sandpaper for. Again for I still can't believe how many I get for such a low price, I guess you get a good discount when buying in bulk, and having 5 different grits definitely allows for a lot of different uses. There are five different grits that come in this package, 10 of each grit. I was sanding metal and I started off with the 80 grit and it brought the metal down quickly, I worked my way up to the 220 grit to help polish out the metal. The sandpaper disc stuck very well to my sanding disc.
I saw these Mirka assorted grit sandpaper on Amazon. A pack of 50 for less than $18, compared to buying 2-3 disc for $3-$5 at a local store. Would buy again. I have only done a little sanding so far, but I am pleased with the results.
I bought this assortment pack, and 50 disk packs of every grit in the assortment, and it's the best sandpaper I've ever used. Now, with these sanding disks and a $100 Porter-Cable hand sander, my finishing work looks professional. The disks are on A,B, and C grade thick paper, depending on the grit, and they are very durable and last as long as I think they should. This is an excellent product, buy it if you want the best. I joint together wood quite frequently, and the tiny imperfections and ridges at the joint line were once challenging to remove; I didn't want to buy a $1000 or more drum sander just to speed up the job.
This is great sand paper, well bonded and lasts a long time. I'm using a Porter Cable sander and the paper never slips on the mount. The box I purchased will probably last for a couple of years.
A lot of paper has a bunch of holes to fit multiple sanders. The hardware stores all sell packages of the same grit. Getting a large assortment pack of paper was great. Mirka sandpaper always lasts longer than others. I also like that it has 5 holes like my sander.
This paper works great on my Porter Cable sander; it stays put, and it really holds up to a lot of use. Good paper, good price. Like others, I find myself changing grit before the paper wears out, so I end up with a stack of still useable paper.
