These 7.2 volt batteries are impossible to find in stores. Order with confidence. Great to be able to locate one easily on Amazon. Fast service from supplier and a new actual Makita product, not a substitute.
I have had this 7.2V drill for years. Fast Delivery also. Bigger , better is out there, but this does everything I need. Nice to find the battery again.
Battery was as described. It is also great because this battery runs a small Makita hedge clipper. It arrived sooner than expected and my husband is happy not to have to use his heavy duty drill for everything now that the smaller Makita drill is back working.
The only problem I have with these is they don't last forever. The way the tools last, I hope to keep buying batteries for another 20 years Years but not forever.I have bought sooo many of these batteries, to keep the 2 drills, one flashlight, weed eater and hedge trimmer running.
My drill is getting up in age and needed a new battery. The old one would not hold a charge any longer.so finding a replacement at Amazon was fantastic
