We are very pleased with the delivery and quality of the box of nails. And speedy delivery to boot. They were in their original box and perfect.

these are the junkists nails. The plastic holding them together is lite weight and just junk. They were all broken up in the box and you can buy the nails for 1/2 the price any where.

Contrary to another review I just read the nails are a full 3 1/2 inches in length. Hopefully they were able to resolve the problem. The way it was packaged and delivered was not in the original carton. 1/32 longer than 3 1/2 inches.

I have ordered other sizes of collated nails before from Amazon and they arrived "as advertised" in their original carton and in good shape. "in the original carton". This time when I called Amazon they would not reship the product but did give me my money back. Being that these nails are collated they can break apart if shipped loose, which is what happened. Unfortunately, the second box arrived in the same condition as the first, re-packaged and severely damaged. The actual product itself is very good.

However, they did not ship as advertised. The first box arrived re-packaged and loose in "hand made brown cardboard" box. They wanted to investigate what the shipping problem was before shipping any more. they immediately shipped another box, which arrived the next day. As a matter of fact they are actually 3 17/32 in length. Basically the collated nails were dumped into another box.

The outstanding part of this problem was the response I received from Amazon Customer Support. I called Amazon and there response was fantastic.

Be aware that this product does not come as advertised. It didn't. Nails measure only 3 3/8" including the head - and that's being generous. If they are 16D shorts, at least the packaging/advertising should say as much.

A good product, over 15,000 through a nail gun without a misfeed. All in all, a good full head nail. They go in easy and hold.
