I found this hose to be a good purchase. It works much better than the plastic hose I also have. Have used it regularly since purchase and have found it to be flexible in all weather (15 degrees to above 90).
Over the years I have purchased 3 for work and 1 for home. Need an air hose. Save yourself the angst of trying to find / buy a better hose at a fair price. I've never had a problem or issue with any of the 4. This GoodYear hose will serve you well.
Notice the difference in the typing the real Goodyear has a small letter "y" and the fake Goodyear has a capital "Y". Also the original Goodyear hose has their trademake on the hose, the feet with wings.Pay a little more and get professional results.
I also like the yellow color (at least for now) because it seems to stand out so that my kids don't trip on it on the driveway while I'm working on my car. Well, if they are not, then they are great imitations. There was some chatter that these were not genuine Goodyear hoses. The hose is made in the USA although I couldn't verify if the ends were assembled off-shore--it's strictly plain-jane wrapping. So far, it's an excellent purchase. With some teflon tape and Milton type T connectors, I have absolutely no leaks and it is a joy to work with.
Wish it were available in a 10 foot length. This is a LOT of hose for household use.
