I heard these were a great alternative to other fasteners, and the only option for the Porta-Nail 421P that I ordered. If you don't see one, chances are good the cleats worked well on the IPE (Brazillian Walnut, the hardest flooring avaiable) that I intend to install. Since the 421P was the nailer of [my] choice so the stated quality of the nails was a deal-maker. I haven't actually used the nails yet, so watch for my negative review later this year 2008.
Not much to say really, these are THE nails to use with PORTA-NAILS nailer's , great tools , great fastening system for wood flooring. I just wish the delivery folks would handle the box more carefully or maybe they could be double boxed in a more rigid box.
Best price pack per pack. What you don't use you can sell on ebay usually for a profit.
