This set takes care of all my precision drilling and driving needs - great when doing locksets and hinges - makes for a super quick swap from drill to driver without looking for tools.

I've gone through three sets as they tend to grow feet and walk away. I have replaced all of the drill bits and screw tips countless times. I ended up just buying single piece set to replace the holder. Works just like a Vix bit only you can pop it out the holder, flip it, put it back in the holder and voila', now you've got a driver to power in the screw. This tool is invaluable when used for setting hinges.

The springs on the vix part (that push against the retactable head) have held up and have not failed. Hold the hinge in place, push the drill against it and know that it's centered in the hole. :(December 16th 2009 EDIT:My latest one has lasted three years. I have not yet seen a better setup than this. The housing eventually cracks at the corners where the bit slides through.

It is a must for jobs requiring predrill(not countersink). Also I have not been able to locate any replacement parts in any of my local stores. I waited 4+ weeks for it to arrive. This tool is very versitable and convienent. The 4 piece set will do most jobs. This tool is made very well and seems to be able to stand daily use in the construction field. The only concern I have with this product is the availability of it.
