User Comments about the Mirka 23-614-100 5" 5-Hole 100 Grit Dustless Hook & Loop Sanding Discs - 50 Pack

The paper lasts a long time, the holes line up perfectly with my PC 333, the loop fasteners hold very well and the product is very very consistent. I first purchased Mirka papers at a contractor's show. I have used up several boxes of this paper in many grits over the years now and am tickled with the quality. Easily my favorite sandpaper. It is much better paper than the stuff I have purchased at home depots and hardwares.

Long lasting, well packaged, reasonable pricemy favorite paper.and I use a lot of this stuff

The package of 50 sanding disks arrived quickly and are of excellent quality. - - just what I need for my home shop.

I've used this paper by the case, all grits up to 320 and it all works great. Only wish it went up to 400. I've worn out one sander and several pads sanding furniture and I find you can't get a better deal on sand paper.

I tend to use the 80 and 100 most often, but your work and style may dictate something else. One con: Don't use with plastic auto-body filler (BONDO, et al). The one trick is to keep close and use a rubber sander "eraser" regularly. Put Mirka sanding disks on your random-orbital sander and you won't find yourself changing disks near as often as you did before. This same strategy with other disks helps, but they still do not stand up to the Mirka disks. These will gum up the disk quickly and irreversibly. Buy a combo box first then decide on what works for you.
